PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Emes Engineering is proud to be the MEP Design & Build contractor for the Spectrum Hung Yen project, in collaboration with main contractor MGD. The project officially broke ground in early July 2025 and is expected to be completed by the end of December. This marks another milestone in Emes’ commitment to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient MEP systems on fast-track industrial projects.
Developed by Soilbuild International, a leading industrial real estate group from Singapore, Spectrum Hung Yen is designed to meet LEED standards. Located in Hung Yen Province, the development offers ready-built factories and warehouse spaces tailored to global manufacturing needs, with a strong focus on green design and operational efficiency.
Emes is responsible for the full MEP scope, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Our team is working closely with MGD to ensure seamless coordination, safety compliance, and on-time delivery under a tight schedule of just six months.
As one of the first LEED-targeted industrial facilities in the region, Spectrum Hung Yen reflects the shift toward sustainable manufacturing in Vietnam. Emes is honored to contribute to this forward-looking project and reinforce our role as a trusted MEP partner for green, high-tech developments.
