PROJECT DESCRIPTION

EMES Engineering Services is currently delivering the MEP works for Intel’s new warehouse project at Saigon Hi-Tech Park, Ho Chi Minh City.​

The 1,000 m² warehouse is being developed to support Intel’s operational and storage requirements within its existing high-tech manufacturing campus. Working under Main Contractor BMT, with Turner & Townsend serving as the Project Management Consultant, EMES is responsible for coordinating and executing the MEP installation in accordance with Intel’s stringent standards for safety, quality and operational reliability.​

As the project is located within an active industrial facility, our team places particular emphasis on construction safety, interface coordination, quality control and strict schedule management to minimize any impact on ongoing operations.​

EMES is proud to contribute its technical expertise and site execution capability to another important project for Intel in Vietnam.
