PROJECT DESCRIPTION

EMES is engaged as a specialist MEP subcontractor for the modification, relocation, installation and renovation of MEP systems within the SS01 Assembly and Test Manufacturing facility at Intel Products Vietnam, Saigon Hi-Tech Park.​

The works are executed inside a live semiconductor manufacturing environment, where safety, contamination control and strict coordination with ongoing production are critical. Building on prior experience at Intel’s SS3 and SS7 buildings and the Intel warehouse expansion, EMES applies controlled procedures and carefully managed tie-ins to minimize disruption to Intel’s operations.​

Key EMES capabilities: modification, relocation and installation of MEP services in live semiconductor facilities; cleanroom and contamination-control practices; shutdown, tie-in and interface planning; compliance with Intel EHS and permit-to-work requirements; and coordinated testing, commissioning and handover.​
